W 2005 r. otrzymałam nakaz zapłaty. Dotyczył on kredytu na materiały budowlane. Kredyt nie został spłacony w całości, dlatego firma uzyskała nakaz. Skontaktowałam się z syndykiem (wówczas firma była już w likwidacji) i uzgodniłam ze do określonej przez niego daty spłacę należność główną i koszty sądowe a on umorzy dalsze odsetki. Kwotę spłaciła, potwierdzenie wysłałam i na tym kontakt z syndykiem zakończył się. Jakie było moje zdziwienie kiedy w 2012 r. otrzymałam komornicze zajęcie wynagrodzenia powołujące się na nakaz zapłaty z 2005r.
